Every submission is checked against event check-ins, our partner ID firms and the documents provided. We treat false submissions seriously: made-up details, edited or doctored documents, and deals that weren't concluded or have since been cancelled.
If we find an entry isn't genuine, it is voided without notice. We may recover any prize already delivered, suspend the ID firm or designer from future IDLah events, and refer suspected fraud to the authorities.
Lucky Spin prize redemption: terms & conditions
Eligibility. Lucky Spin prizes are awarded to homeowners who participated in the event and won through the Lucky Spin activity. Prizes are linked to the successful closing of a deal between the homeowner and the participating interior design company.
Prize fulfilment. Prizes will be delivered to the interior designer within 2 weeks after the date of submitting this form. The interior designer will pass the prize to the homeowner only upon confirmation of a signed contract between the homeowner and the interior designer's company.
Proof of receipt. A photo will be taken of the homeowner with the prize upon delivery. This photo serves as proof that the prize has been duly received by the homeowner.
Cancellations. If the homeowner cancels the signed contract, the Lucky Spin prize must be returned to IDLah. The interior designer shall facilitate the return process.
Verification. All entries are checked against IDLah's internal records, including event registrations, check-ins and partner ID firm records. IDLah may request further documents or contact the homeowner, designer and ID firm directly. Entries that cannot be verified within 14 days may be voided.
One spin per homeowner. Each homeowner, household and signed contract is entitled to one spin only. Duplicate entries, including those made with different phone numbers, names or documents for the same household or contract, will be voided.
Timing. The contract must be signed with an ID firm met at the event, within 30 days from the last day of that event. Submissions outside this window are not eligible.
False or invalid entries. Entries with false, incomplete, altered or doctored information or documents, or linked to deals that were not concluded, were reversed or were cancelled, will be voided without notification. IDLah may recover any prize already delivered, suspend the ID firm or designer from future events, and refer suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.
Prize substitution. Prizes are subject to availability. IDLah may substitute a prize with one of similar or greater value. Images are for illustration only.
Personal data. Details and documents are collected only to verify eligibility and fulfil prizes, and are handled in line with Singapore's PDPA.
Liability. IDLah is not responsible for the renovation works, contract terms or disputes between the homeowner and the ID firm. Warranties for prizes are provided by the respective manufacturers.
General. Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other products. IDLah reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. IDLah's decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Spin prizes is final and binding.
